Early access
Keep bills, insurance, repairs and important dates together. Forward an email or add a document to get started.
We’re opening Chainkeep to a small group of homeowners as we develop the service.
Oakfield Insurance · from your policy schedule.
Sample data — a fictional home, not a live account
How it works
Forward a selected email, upload a document, or type the details in yourself. One policy schedule or one invoice is enough to begin.
Send one message you choose to your home’s own address. Nothing else in your inbox is read.
A photo or a PDF of a bill, a policy, a certificate or a receipt.
Type in what you know. You can attach the paperwork later, or never.
No inbox connection required.
You forward the renewal email, or upload the schedule.
The dates and figures are shown against the page they came from. You confirm or correct them.
The cover end sits in your calendar of coming-up dates, with the source one tap away.
Sample data — a fictional home, not a live account
Each thing you add becomes something you can look up, and where it has a date, something you can see coming.
Policy ends 28 September · Oakfield Insurance
29 Sep 2025 – 28 Sep 2026 · from your policy schedule, page 1
The cover end date from your schedule, counted down, with a reminder you choose.
Amounts as stated on each bill. Not a bank feed.
The next payment a bill says it will take, on the basis the bill states it.
Two quotes for the same job, with the lines that differ marked and the rest left alone.
Available now: documents, projects and recorded spending. Marked Planned: policy dates, bills and quote comparison, which are being built during early access.
Invite the people you live with so you can keep the same documents, dates and updates together.
Part of the early-access roadmap. Today a home has one account; shared access is being built and verified before it is offered.
Chainkeep holds what you choose to add, for the people you choose to share it with.
Chainkeep also keeps a move together — documents, mail, actions and the chain — separately from your home.
Emails that carry a document or a date you want to keep: an insurance schedule, a bill, a service confirmation, a quote. Forward them one at a time; nothing else in your inbox is touched.
You, and anyone you invite to your home once shared access is available. Chainkeep staff do not browse your records; access for support is logged.
Yes. Every kind of record can be typed in without a document. You can attach the paperwork later if you have it.
No. There is no bank connection and no inbox connection. Forwarding a single email is the most Chainkeep ever sees of your mail.
Documents, projects and recorded spending for one home. Policy dates, bills, quote comparison, equipment servicing and shared household access are being built during early access and are marked Planned on this page.
A small group of homeowners using the service while it is developed, with the gaps stated plainly. Joining the list does not create an account; we email you when a place is available.
Nothing during early access. There is no approved pricing yet; if that changes, people on the list hear first, and nothing you have added is held to ransom.
Tell us a little about your home. We’ll email you when access is available.
